Model residences, amenity floors, lobbies and full building marketing packages don't fit a square-footage table — they need a shot list, a schedule around construction and staging, and files cut for a sales gallery, a brochure and a portal at the same time.

How quickly do listings come back?
Standard delivery is scheduled when you book, so you can plan the listing launch around a date rather than a hope. Next-morning delivery is available as an add-on when a listing has to go live immediately.
Do you shoot occupied and staged properties?
Both. For occupied units we do light tidying and styling on arrival at no extra cost — moving a bin, straightening a bed, clearing a counter. Full staging is a separate service through a stager.
Can you fly a drone at my property?
Yes, with a licensed pilot, subject to airspace rules and building or venue approval. Much of Manhattan is restricted airspace, so we confirm feasibility for the specific address before it goes on the invoice.
Do you work with developers and sponsors, not just brokers?
Yes. New development, model residences, amenity spaces and sponsor marketing packages are a large part of the work, and they are scoped per property rather than sold from the package list above.
What sizes do the files come in?
Every gallery is delivered web-sized for the portals and full-resolution for print, so the same shoot covers StreetEasy, your own site, and a printed brochure without a reshoot.
