Photography and film for companies, conferences, and the rooms that matter — produced with the care your brand deserves and delivered on the timeline your team needs.

From the floor.
Coverage, in every form your team can use.
Photography.
Keynotes, panels, registration, sponsor activations, receptions and awards. Shot to be used — sized and graded for press, print, recap decks and every channel your team feeds afterward.
Film and video.
Session recording, highlight films, interviews and testimonials, sizzle cuts. One camera or five, switched live, with a clean feed to your broadcast platform and a 4K backup of everything.
One photographer, or the whole room built.
Most vendors sell you a camera. We scope the production — crew, sound, staging, screens and the run of show — so there is one team accountable for how the day looks and how it sounds.

We load in early and test everything. Selects go out on the agreed date, the full edit follows on schedule.
What usually disqualifies a vendor, handled.

COI same day
Send us the certificate holder details and the venue requirements and you have the certificate back the same day.
-
W-9 on file
Ready to go out the moment your AP team asks. Vendor onboarding forms handled without chasing.

Questions we get asked
How fast do we get the files?
It depends on the scope, so we agree the delivery date in the proposal before the shoot rather than leaving it open. For most events that means a set of selects while the event is still newsworthy to your channels, and the full edited gallery on a fixed date after. Multi-day conferences and anything cut for broadcast are scheduled individually.
Are you insured, and can you send a COI?
$1M general liability as standard and $2M on request. Send the certificate holder details and the venue requirements and the certificate comes back the same day. A W-9 is on file and ready for your AP team.
Can you crew up for a multi-day, multi-camera event?
Yes. We work from a regular roster rather than hiring strangers off a board, and we staff multi-camera productions with a technical director, dedicated audio engineers and manned and unmanned positions. Crew size is scoped to the run of show, not sold as a fixed package.
Do you handle A/V, or only cameras?
Both. We can film into your existing A/V team’s setup, or build the room ourselves — staging, podium, PA, confidence and audience monitors, lighting scaled to the venue. Heavy items are sourced through vetted local rental partners rather than trucked in, which keeps the cost down and the quality up.
What is included in the base kit?
Two cameras, two lavalier mics, lighting, and all the cabling, accessories, batteries, backup bodies and backup media needed to guarantee the day. Confidence monitors are an add-on rather than part of the base kit.
Will you travel?
Yes, routinely. Travel and lodging are quoted into the fee up front so there is no expense reconciliation after the fact.
What happens if the event moves or gets cancelled?
Written cancellation terms are in every contract: 25% of the event fee at 14 or more days notice, 50% between 7 and 14 days, and 75% under 7 days. You know the number before you sign, not after something goes wrong.
Do you do live streaming?
We connect a clean feed to your broadcast platform or your A/V team’s system, and record a 4K backup of the full session locally in case anything drops on the stream side.
Can we use the images for advertising?
Yes. Commercial usage for your own marketing, press, recruitment and social channels is included. Tell us up front if the work is going into paid media so licensing is written into the scope correctly.
